Welcome to Ampoule Runner! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your relationship with the Ampoule Runner mobile application operated by Sabet Khan ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not download, access, or play the Game.
1. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases (IAP)
A. Farmed Coins & Local Currency
- The Game features virtual currency in the form of "Coins" which can be farmed or accumulated entirely through active gameplay (e.g., collecting floating coins on tracks during runs).
- Coins are virtual goods with zero real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, traded, cash-out, or transferred for real currency, real-world goods, or services under any circumstances.
B. In-App Purchases & Refills
- We may offer optional In-App Purchases (IAP) for virtual items, energy packs, or character unlocks using real-world legal tender via the Google Play Billing system.
- All transactions are processed through Google Play, and are subject to Google's standard billing terms and terms of service.
- Billing Security: You must maintain the security of your Google Play Account passwords. Sabet Khan is not liable for unauthorized or accidental purchases made through your device.
C. Refund Policy
- All purchases of virtual items, currency, or energy packs are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as handled by Google Play's official refund policies.
- To request a refund for an accidental or unauthorized transaction, please follow the official Google Play Console refund process. Sabet Khan is not obligated to offer direct cash refunds outside of Google's official refund infrastructure.
2. License Grant and Intellectual Property
A. Limited License
Sabet Khan grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play a single copy of Ampoule Runner on a compatible mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
B. Intellectual Property Rights
- All game designs, character spritesheets, custom painted frames, BGM audio tracks, chiptune sound effects, source code, game engine settings, and visual UI overlays are the exclusive intellectual property of Sabet Khan and our licensors.
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, clone, or decompile the Game or its underlying assets without prior written consent.
3. Code of Conduct & Fair Play
To maintain a fair and secure experience for all players:
- You agree not to use cheats, hacks, exploits, automation software (bots), or any third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience or manipulate score parameters.
- You agree not to exploit bugs or design defects for competitive or commercial advantage.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
A. "AS-IS" Warranty Disclaimer
THE GAME IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SABET KHAN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE GAME.
B. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SABET KHAN OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts located in the developer's jurisdiction.
6. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Game if you violate any of the Terms set forth in this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your device.
